Thank you for sending us your registration for our classes. Please mail the deposit and annual registration fee (if applicable--see below) for each registered swimmer OR call our office with your VISA/MasterCard credit card information. SwimKids must receive this payment from all swimmers in order to schedule their classes. Thank you!
The $40.00 registration fee & deposit for the Summer Session is applied as follows:
$15.00 is the Annual Registration Fee that is due in advance from all swimmers who did not attend the 2008 Spring Session or a prior 2008 Summer Session and is in addition to the lesson fees. The Annual Registration Fee is paid once per year. The 2008-2009 registration year begins with the Spring Session and ends with the Winter Session (2009).
$25.00 is a deposit that is due in advance from all swimmers for all sessions and is subtracted from your lesson fee. The actual time of your lessons will not be scheduled until this amount is received.
Balances are due at the first lesson.
Alternate payment methods are available provided that the appropriate payment plan "box" is selected on the registration form. Choose from a 2-check payment plan for balances from Four-Week Sessions (1st and 3rd weeks) or a VISA/MasterCard payment plan for either full payment or deposit/registration fee.
Please note that VISA/MasterCard payments must be charged at the time of registration through our office and ARE NOT able to be made at the pool. We are working on having a payment page set up so that you will be able to submit your card information online for future SwimKids registrations. In the meantime, you will need to call our office with the appropriate information. If you call at a time when we are not in, please leave a message for us to return your call so that we may speak with you to complete the credit card payment process. The credit card payment information must be completed in order to schedule your child into a specific class, so please do not delay in calling with your card information.
